Permanent Resident Applications
Form I-485 for Family-Based, Employment-Based, Asylum, Refugee, Cuban Adjustment Act and Form I-130 (any basis except adoption). Adjustment of Status or Consular Processing.
Our process begins with gathering some basic, but necessary, information about you, your immigration background, and looking at any potential issues we may need to address before we begin assembling your case.
We’ll gather all relevant documents from you, complete the necessary forms and send back for your review, and organize and file your case. We’ll continue to work with you throughout the adjudication process, including answering any questions you have or respond to any RFEs or NOIDs at no additional cost to you. If your case is scheduled for an interview, we will hold a virtual prep session together and go over everything you need to do and know before the interview.
If you are thinking of filing yourself, our firm also offers a limited, one-time review option on Form I-485 filings. This is a cost effective option for clients that feel comfortable with filing the required forms and documents themselves. We approach these reviews the same as when the attorney was a USCIS officer adjudicating cases. We’ll provide you a summary of any missing documents or forms required, and provide helpful tips for organizing and categorizing your filing.

Extraordinary Ability Petitions
Form I-140 Eb1A for Aliens of Extraordinary Abilities.
Our process begins with examining your background and work and providing an honest assessment of how your profile fits into USCIS’s standards for this difficult petition.
Once we begin working together, we’ll ask that you gather all relevant evidence for your case and we’ll assist you in deciding what should and should not be included. After this, we begin drafting your petition’s cover letter or brief and provide you the first draft for any feedback you have. Once we’ve completed this process, we’ll put the entire filing together, organize it properly, and submit it to USCIS. If the agency issues an RFE or NOID, we’ll consult and come up with a plan to respond and we’ll do so on your behalf at no additional cost.
