In 2022, he accepted a Supervisory Immigration Services Officer position and became much more involved with the inner workings of the agency. During this time, he was heavily involved in the important humanitarian work of the agency, managing the parole-based work permits for the entire agency. This included presentations to and engagements with senior leadership at the agency, including former Director Ur Jaddou. He received numerous awards as a result, including the DHS Secretary’s Award for Outstanding Team for his work on Streamline Case Processing for USCIS and a Quality Step Increase, given to an extremely small percentage of the top producing managers in the agency.

His next 7 years were spent adjudicating and working directly on I-485s, I-131s, I-765s, I-140s, and I-290bs. The Firm

Our firm began operating in September, 2025 with a commitment to focus on quality and not volume. The attorney does not have support staff, does not outsource our clients’ work, and does not use any AI in our work product. We work directly with our clients all the way through the application process. We also will never take on more cases at a time than we can provide outstanding service for. This may mean we have to decline to take on your case, not on the merits of it, but due to time constraints. Alternatively, we can also discuss when our firm will be able to properly represent you in the future and provide a realistic estimate for your consideration.

With our focus more on individual clients and their needs, we also ask that clients respect our limited time and resources. We aim to respond to all client inquiries within 2 business days. If the firm will be closed for an extended period of time due to vacations and/or holidays, we will provide notice to our clients and promptly respond back when we return.
