This service is designed for clients that have completed their application package and are ready to submit, but would like us to review for any missing pieces or suggestions. The attorney treats the review the same as when he was adjudicating cases, helping reduce the chances of an RFE/NOID or a denial.
The attorney will conduct an exhaustive and thorough review of the completed application forms and all secondary evidence, not only looking for substantive errors and omissions, but also providing detailed feedback on organization and formatting.
The attorney will provide the clients with a detailed summary of findings and suggestions.

For most of our clients, the initial consultation is a chance for the client and attorney to discuss the specifics of their circumstances and whether or not the attorney can assist them. This means going over the client’s immigration history and determining their eligibility for a specific immigration benefit.
If the client then wishes to discuss representation, the attorney can at that point go over what our representation entails and a specific strategy for their case.
If a client would only like to ask some specific immigration questions during the consultation, we are more than happy to do our best and provide an informed answer, as long as the question is related to the services we offer.

We offer both video (through Microsoft TEAMS) and phone options for our clients.
At this time, we are only able to offer consultations in English.
-
For clients that sign a retainer agreement with our firm for future services, we will credit the initial consultation fee back to the client.
If you pre-paid and scheduled a consultation but are unable to keep the appointment, please reach out to us to re-schedule as soon as possible.
If you miss your scheduled appointment time for any reason, we will attempt to offer a one-time rescheduled appointment.

Our firm uses a secure client portal for communication, status updates, and to share documents. Each client is given access to their own, personal portal and can submit questions at any time to the firm. Our goal is to return all non-urgent client communication within 2 business days.

Yes, we can provide expert guidance and representation in responding to an RFE or NOID issued on your Form I-485 or Form I-140 EB1A filings. Please see our FEES section for our standard rates.
If you would only like a consultation, please note we will not review your filing beforehand and will instead focus our consultation on helping your understand what you need to provide in response to the RFE or NOID.

Our fee does not include providing representation for USCIS interviews. During an interview, an attorney has no role other than as an observer and cannot answer questions for the client. Our firm does not believe charging a client for interview representation is a good use of our time or the client’s resources.
What our fee does include is a 30 minute interview “prep” virtual session with the attorney once USCIS schedules an interview. This session will go over the type of questions you will be asked by an officer, what documents you need to bring, and how to prepare for the interview.

We do not. We provide an honest assessment on the likelihood of success of your petition after reviewing your questionnaire and before you sign your retainer agreement with us. This opinion is based on the attorney’s direct experience adjudicating these petitions and staying abreast of the most current agency adjudication trends.
We do not act as “gate-keepers” for our clients and do not base our opinions on future success or failure according to petitions decided years or even decades earlier.
-
We do not. In our experience, officers can easily spot template or recycled drafted letters and this will inherently discount the value of these letters.
We do offer a one-page best practices guide to assist recommenders in their drafting, and we also review these letters for edits and feedback before final submission.

No, if you’d like to discuss our firm taking on your case without a consultation, please fill out the contact form on our home page. We will then send you a questionnaire to fill out at your convenience. If we are able to take your case at that time, we will send a retainer agreement for you to sign and answer any questions you might have.

Our firm uses a secure client portal for all document uploads and collaboration. This provides a safe and efficient way for us to collect your documents and send requests for anything additional we need.
This requires clients to be able to scan or take photographs of their documents and upload their files.

We accept credit, debit, and eCheck payments with no additional fees to you. We do not offer payment plans, but we allow split payments on I-485 and I-140 filings.
USCIS requires payment via credit/debit or direct bank withdrawal using forms G-1450 or G-1650.
